Windows 10: Insider Preview Build 19645

[German]On June 10, 2020, Microsoft released the Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19645 (20H2 development branch) for Insiders in the Fast Ring. The announcement was made in the Windows Blog, where references to this build can be found. Thus the servicing model for WSL 2 has been changed. Furthermore, fixes were implemented.
