Windows 10: Internet Explorer 11 crashes during start

[German]It's an old bug that can annoy Windows 10 users. Internet Explorer crashes in Windows 10 from version 1607 up to 1809 and Windows Server 2016/2019 under certain conditions and can no longer be used.
