The printer manufacturer Hewlett Packard (HP) has been annoying users lately by blocking the use of third-party ink or toner through firmware updates. A class action lawsuit was recently filed against HP in the US because of this. Here is some information.
[German]With the cumulative Windows updates for March 2021, Microsoft caused absolute chaos and many users got into serious trouble. In the meantime, it looks like the second fix update for Windows 10 has also been stopped – in my opinion, it has not been withdrawn.
[German]Microsoft announced overnight that Windows 10 version 21H1 is now available to commercial customers. These can use the new Windows 10 version to test (validate) features in enterprise environments before the operating system is released for general availability.
[German]As of 3/18/2021, Microsoft has released unscheduled updates to fix the Windows 10 graphics printing issue. However, update KB5001649 ends up with installation error 0x80070541 for some users. Here's some information on the issue.

[German]Microsoft is taking the next step in securing on-premises Exchange installations. Microsoft Defender not only detects infections of a system as a result of the ProxyLogon vulnerabilities. The virus scanner can also automatically detect a vulnerable system and closes the CVE-2021-26855 vulnerability on Exchange Server.
[German]Regarding the Exchange ProxyLogon vulnerabilities and the mass hack of Exchange Server systems, there is a publicly available proof of concept (PoC), so new attacks are to be expected. Patching and securing is progressing slowly. Microsoft's testing scripts should be kept up to date or tests will fail. And there are new Indicator of Compromise (IoC) for attacks on Exchange Server.

[German]There are reports, that Adobe Reader 21.001.20145, which was updated a few days ago, has a problem on Windows. The 32BitMAPIBroker.exe crashes in conjunction with Outlook 2013 when the application is closed. This is an old error, that has appeared on some older versions.
