[German]I have a rather strange case here that a blog reader and administrator has encountered. In February 2025, he reported that contacts were being sporadically deleted in some of his users' Microsoft 365 accounts. Now the administrator notices that emails are also being deleted.
[German]Microsoft is introducing outbound email limits for tenants to prevent misuse of Exchange Online by sending emails in bulk. This was announced by the Exchange team in February 2025. The limits were due to take effect in March 2025 and their introduction will depend on the number of licenses in the tenant. However, Microsoft has apparently postponed the introduction until April 2025.

[German]New change for users of VMWare by Broadcom who use products such as VMware vSphere Enterprise Plus, VMware vSphere Standard (VVS), VMware vSphere Foundation (VVF) and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). In two weeks, licenses for at least "72 cores per licensing" are required.
[German]A dispute between VMware by Broadcom and Siemens AG. The two parties are at loggerheads over licensing. VMware has now sued Siemens for unlicensed products.
[German]There have been massive problems with Microsoft 365/Exchange Online since March 2025. And some readers and users are complaining that access to mailboxes via the Samsung Mail app is not working. A blog reader sent me a "spooky" solution to this problem (install the Microsoft Authenticator app and disable battery optimization helps).
[German]Users of Windows 11 24H2 have been struggling with RDP problems for months. Connections break off or cannot be established. Microsoft has now confirmed these problems, which I addressed in a blog post. The preview update from January 2025 is said to be responsible for the problems, and the preview update from March 2025 brings a fix.
