Windows: Reverse RDP attacks in third-party software possible

Windows 10: Intel DCH graphics driver from version 26.20.100.814 onward without OEM lock

[German]Intel released version 26.20.100.8141 of its DCH graphics driver for Windows 10 without the OEM binding. The drivers can therefore be used on devices with corresponding INTEL-GPUs.
