[German]On November 19, 2021 owners of a Tesla electric car have smaller problems. The unlocking of the vehicles via smartphone app probably no longer works worldwide due to server errors. Vehicle owners will then have to resort to either Bluetooth or an (NFC) key to open the vehicles.
[German]Another addendum from this week. Intel has released a security advisory saying that its processors are affected by BIOS flaws. Potential vulnerabilities in the BIOS for some Intel processors could allow privilege escalation. Intel issues firmware updates via the board manufacturers to mitigate these potential vulnerabilities.
[German]The Google Chrome browser released on November 15, 2021 (see Chrome 96.0.4664.45) is causing user complaints. Users are noticing issues with Twitter and Discord websites, as well as video playback. Chrome developers have since acknowledged this as a Chrome 96 bug.
