Windows 11 24H2: Global rollout on compatible systems

Microsoft has generally released Windows 11 24H2 and is rolling out this operating system version to all systems that are classified as compatible. WSUS/ConfigMgr: No Defender updates since May 2, 2025

Windows[German]A short note for administrators who distribute updates for Microsoft Defender via WSUS or ConfigMgr (MECM ). There was probably a problem at Microsoft, so that the update distribution has stalled since May 2, 2025, although updates are available from Microsoft for the Defender. However, the issue has been fixed, updates should now be synced again.

Skype service expires on May 5, 2025, what you should know

AnyDesk: License change also for existing customers

Windows 11 23H2: April 2025 update prevents WSUS upgrade to 24H2 (Error 0x80240069)

Windows[German]The security update KB5055528 from April 8, 2025 for Windows 11 23H2, as well as subsequent updates, have caused a new collateral damage according to Microsoft. Systems with Windows 11 23H2 can no longer be updated to Windows 11 24H2 via WSUS when the update is installed because this installation fails with error 0x80240069.
