Mozilla[German]Another small note for Firefox users. German blog reader Martin G.  has pointed out an annoying issues with Firefox that affects sessions where the user is logged into online accounts. The automatic login doesn't work after revoking a machine from suspended state.

Preliminary injunction: Lenovo stops sale of Notebooks, PCs and Tablets in Germany

Paragraph[German]Chinese vendor Lenovo has just stopped selling all computers (notebooks, desktop PCs and tablets) in Germany. The reason is a patent dispute with the Finnish company Nokia about licenses to use the video codec H.264 and a preliminary injunction. Lenovo does not own these licenses.

PSA: Remove malicious browser extension Nano Adblocker /Defender etc.

[German]Users of the Google Chrome browser or its chromium derivatives (Google Chrome, Edge etc.), as well as Firefox and Safari, should check whether the extensions Nano Adblocker or Nano Defender and other components from the Nano project are installed. If so, remove these extensions, because the project has been sold and the new (Turkish) developers have obviously started to integrate malicious functions that extract data.

Windows 10 Preview Updates (October 20, 2020)

In Windows 10 version 190x, the preview update anchors the Skype Lite blend Meet Now in the taskbar. Additionally, the preview updates correct some annoying problems like disappearing USB printers or the flickering of the screen caused by the last October update.
