On October 26, 2017 Chrome developers released the security update Chrome 62.0.3202.75 for Windows, Mac and Linux. Bad fail for Dell. They forgot to renew an Internet domain used for data recovery. A squatter grabbed the domain and immediately started delivering malware. It took Dell a month to get the domain back in control.
